5. Subscription and Payment

5.1 Free Trial

We offer a free trial period for new users. During the trial, you have access to the full features of the Service. No payment information is required to start your free trial.

5.2 Paid Subscriptions

After your free trial expires, continued use of the Service requires a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your chosen plan).

5.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your paid period.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Crafted Day and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

You retain ownership of any content you create or upload to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to use, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

7. Data and Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the Service, to understand our practices regarding your personal information.

You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data. While we implement reasonable security measures, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your data.

8. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service, but we cannot guarantee that the Service will be available at all times. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
